Lastline Takes Home Sinet 16 Innovator Award
Lastline has been recognized by SINET, an organization focused on advancing cybersecurity innovation through public-private collaboration, as one of the Top 16 Emerging Cybersecurity Companies of 2015.
Each year, SINET identifies the 16 “best-in-class” security companies from around the world who they believe best address industry and government’s most pressing needs and requirements through innovative security technology.
Lastline was selected from a pool of 122 applicants, including a range of cybersecurity solution providers who develop cutting-edge technologies to address cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities, for its work on Lastline Enterprise.
Lastline Enterprise utilizes full-system emulation sandboxing technology to catch and correlate sophisticated threats while reducing the noise generated from false positives and uncorrelated alerts from outdated security tools. And because Lastline Enterprise is software-based and built on an open architecture, it integrates easily into existing operational workflows and security tools to immediately improve threat detection rates, enable threat intelligence sharing, reduce strain on security personnel and limit risk while containing costs.
Lastline’s co-founder and Chief Arcitect, Engin Kirda, shared Lastline Enterprise technology with buyers, builders, investors and researchers during the SINET Showcase on Nov 3 & 4, 2015 at the National Press Club in Washington, DC.
