Visit Us at RSA 2016 in San Francisco!

Visit us at RSA  Conference 2016, running February 29 through March 4 in San Francisco.  We’ll be in Moscone South Exhibition Hall (S1144). In our booth,  learn about and  see a demo of  Lastline Enterprise and Lastline’s Deep Content Inspection(™)  technology. This is  the industry’s most powerful defense against advanced malware.  In fact, Lastline Enterprise achieved top recognition in NSS Labs August 2015 Data Breach Detection study.

Our solution delivers total visibility and detection that other solutions can’t. Lastline’s Deep Content Inspection™ goes beyond legacy malware analysis in most firewalls, UTM systems, IPS systems, and antivirus software. It takes a smarter approach to find advanced malware,  a way that legacy sandboxes, some over a decade old,  with operating system and library traps can’t.

Monday evening, we’re up for a half dozen awards at the 12th Annual Info Security Product Guide’s 2016 Global Excellence Awards dinner. Two of the nominations are for “Innovations in Next Generation Security” and best “Security Products and Solutions for Enterprise”.

On Tuesday, March 1, the first full day of the exhibition, we’ll be giving a talk in our Tripwire partner’s booth,  “Integrating Breach Detection and Endpoint Detection to Win the Cyberwar”  Check it out ,  2:00 PM to  2:15 PM in booth N3301.

On Wednesday, Lastline Chief Technical Officer Giovanni Vigna will be speaking on   “Autonomous Hacking: The New Frontiers of Attack and Defense”.  Recently,  there has been a push for completely autonomous hacking systems, which can find flaws, exploit them and even provide patches, all without any human intervention.  VIgna’s talk will be from 8:00 AM – 8:50 AM in Moscone West, Room 3005.

Later Wednesday morning, we’ll be giving a second talk. Traditional techniques to detect malice in Android apps struggle to identify trigger-based changes to application logic.   Lastline Chief Scientist Christopher Kruegel will be talking about   “Finding Triggered Malice in Android Apps”.  His talk will be 10:20 AM – 11:10 AM in Moscone West, Room 3108.

Stop by. Learn about us, our NSS Lab commended Lastline Enterprise, and take a  brief survey while you’re in our booth. See you next week
