REDWOOD CITY, CA – JANUARY 25, 2018Lastline Inc., the leader in advanced network-based malware protection, today announced Irene Lefton as the company’s new VP of Customer Success, expanding the company’s existing team of seasoned, successful executive managers. Lastline recognizes the importance of strong customer relationships that result in users exceeding expectations for the company’s technology, high renewal rates, and enthusiastic references. Ms. Lefton will be applying her 25 years of experience towards implementing and managing a full spectrum of programs, including on-boarding and adoption, customer communications, reference and advocacy programs, and support.

Known for understanding both the big picture and the details from the customer point of view, Ms. Lefton has built global teams in support, professional services, and customer success. Prior to joining Lastline, she was advising early stage startups by helping them to create customer-focused cultures and processes. Ms. Lefton has held leadership roles across many complex vertical industries spending time at both startups, including MontaVista and Cloud Cruiser, and in large enterprises, including Transamerica and PriceWaterhouse.
